4、 Characteristics and difficulty of operation process
1. All the goods are made of steel products, with varying length and width specifications. There are many oversized goods, with a maximum length of 6M.
(1) Due to the arrival of goods in batches and tight delivery time, China Air Union contacted various delivery manufacturers in advance to understand the condition and size of the goods and integrate all the information of the goods. Based on the size and arrival time of the goods, they planned the packing sequence and formulated a packing plan in advance before the goods arrived at the warehouse to avoid situations such as not being able to load all the goods or unloading and reloading due to improper packing.
(2) After the goods arrived at the warehouse, it was found that they were all unpacked, and some individual items weighed up to 2500KG, making it very difficult to pack them.
China Air Union promptly communicated details with both customers and the warehouse, actively seeking solutions. For the parts that needed reinforcement, methods such as using corner timbers, placing pads, and tying straps were adopted to reduce the shaking and collision of goods during transportation, ensuring their safety and stability. Finally, all goods were successfully packed, effectively avoiding potential additional costs.
(3) After the goods arrived at the port, due to the rainstorm weather, the delivery time was urgent. China Air Union requires foreign agents to arrange customs clearance in the shortest possible time and pick up the container for delivery as soon as possible after release, based on objective weather conditions and customer receiving needs. However, in subsequent contact, it was found that the customer did not have manpower to unload the goods and requested that the goods be unloaded to a remote area far from the designated location. Due to the fact that the customer did not inform them in advance and the goods were unpacked, manual unloading was difficult. Without any preparation, in the face of an unexpected situation, China Air Union and foreign agents urgently formulated the best unloading plan and searched for unloading workers through various channels. After unremitting efforts, they finally delivered the goods according to the customer's requirements and completed the unloading to the designated location.
(4) After unloading, the customer temporarily requested to remove the iron ring that fixed the steel pipe. This iron ring was very thick and difficult to remove, and the workers did not carry any dismantling tools at the time. After trying various solutions, they successfully rented an electric saw to arrange for sawing, and delivered the goods smoothly according to the customer's requirements.
From the initial acceptance of goods to the final on-time delivery, China Air Union overcame various difficulties and successfully completed the delivery through a positive and serious work attitude and comprehensive professional service level, gaining unanimous recognition from customers.
